Capt. Fran was out on an open boat today with two guys from NJfishing.com community Bert Saum and Sean Carey. Sean brought a friend from my home town area, Chris Flowers.  We fished the incoming tide and the bay temp was anywhere for 55 degrees to 60 degrees as we worked our way toward the mouth of the Mullica.  But fishing was off today with only one bluefish and as many dog sharks as you want.  To bad there is not a fishery for them we would have limited out if there was. The NE winds have kept a lot of water in the bay and the rain really cooled the water.  Better fishing days will come once the water warms again.
