Fishing at oregon Inlet, NC

Fishing has changed a bit over the last 2 weeks at Oregon Inlet.  This past weekend, little was caught except barely legal Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi that were so small it was embarrassing to keep them. 


One Blue Marlin was released by the fleet.


Sea conditions were decent on Saturday but Sunday was pretty lumpy.  Winds did shift to the SouthWest but the season change is not complete.


June Bug will fish at Oregon Inlet for two more weeks and then we plan to bring her back to New Jersey a little early this year to get re3ady for the summer season.
